BomPORTO Cod Pizza

Ingredients:

• 1.3lb (600g) of Shredded Bomporto Cod
• 0.4pint (200ml) of Olive Oil
• 2 chopped Garlic cloves
• 2 sliced Onions
• 1 Red/Green Sweet Pepper (optional)
• 2 Boiled Eggs
• 5oz (150g) of Black Olives
• 2 or 4 peeled and skinless Tomatoes
• Parsley (optional)
• Oreganos, to taste
• 1.1lb(500g) of gratted Mozzarella cheese
• Pizza dough ( follow the directions on the package)

Step by Step:

1. Make a tomato sauce seasoned with oreganos.
2. On a frying pan, pour olive oil, garlic and onions.
3. Let it simmer till golden, then add the Shredded Bomporto Cod, parsley and pepper.
4. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Pizza preparation:

1. Drizzle the dough with olive oil, then a layer of tomato sauce, one of gratted cheese, one of peppers (optional), a layer of Bomporto Cod stuffing and, according to taste, you can add one more layer of tomato sauce and a gratted cheese one too.
2. Use the last layer to garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs, black olives, chopped parsley and oreganos.
3. Place in the oven to finish cooking and to let the cheese melt!
