BomPORTO Cod Faces Bean Stew

Ingredients:

• 4 Bomporto Cod Faces
• 2 Carrots
• 2 Onions
• 1 Bay leaf
• 14oz (400g) of White Beans
• 4 Garlic cloves
• 0.2 pint (1dl) of Olive oil
• 1 chili Pepper
• 9oz (250g) of Shrimps
• 1 bunch of Coriander
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste

 



Step by Step:

1. Chop the onions, the garlic and the carrots and stew it in olive oil.
2. Add chili pepper, Bomporto Cod faces (previously cooked), then the shrimps. Let it cook.
3. Add the white beans (pre-cooked) and drizzle with 0.2pint(1dl) of the broth used to cook the Bomporto Cod faces.
4. Season with salt, pepper and coriander. Let it stew for 15 minutes.
5. For a creamy sauce, mash a small quantity of white beans with a bit of its broth. Gently blend it with the stew.
6. Enjoy your meal.
