BomPORTO Cod Tongues Rice

Ingredients:

• 21oz (600g) of Bomporto Cod tongues
• 14oz (400g) of Rice
• 1 Onion
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1 Red Sweet Pepper
• 1 mature Tomato
• 1 bunch of Parsley
• 1 Bay leaf
• 0.2pint (1dl) of Olive oil



Step by Step:

1. Soak Bomporto Cod tongues for 5 hours.
2. Pour the olive oil in a saucepan, and saute the onion, garlic and sweet pepper until golden onion.
3. Then add the tomato and the Bomporto Cod tongues, let it simmer for 2 minutes, stiring well.
4. Pour 3 pints of water, check the salt and let it boil.
5. When boiling, add the rice and let it cook for 15 minutes.
6. Spread it over a plate and sprinkle with parsley!
