Ingredients:
• 1 Bomporto Cod Portuguese Slice 2Lbs (908g) pack or Bomporto Loins 2Lbs (908g)
• 7 oz (200g) of Corn Bread (Brôa) crumbs
• 17 oz (500g) of Green Beans
• 1 Onion, thinly sliced
• Olive oil, to taste
• Garlic, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• Salt, to taste
Step by Step:
1. Defrost and wash Bomporto Cod.
2. Thinly slice the onion and chop the garlic.
3. Pour olive oil into an oven tray and spread the sliced onion. Lay the cod on top.
4. Place the Brôa crumbs in a mixing bowl, add the garlic and the olive oil and mix the ingredients together.
5. Spread the paste evenly over the Bomporto Cod.
6. Preheat the oven to 180º and bake until crusty.
7. Wash and cut the green beans, and place them in a pan with boiling water and salt.
8. In a frying pan, add olive oil, let it heat a little and add chopped garlic.
9. Plate up as you wish.
