BomPORTO Cream Cod

Ingredients:


• 1 Bomporto Cod Portuguese Slice pack
• 3.3lb (1.5kg) of Potatoes
• 5 Garlic cloves
• 1.3lb (600g) of Onion
• 2 pints (1L) of Milk
• 0.3 pints (1.25dl) of Olive Oil
• Oil
• 2 pints (1L) of Cream
• Pepper, to taste
• Salt, to taste



Step by Step:


1. Defrost and wash Bomporto Cod.
2. Steam the slices of Bomporto Cod in milk.
3. Skin, de-bone and shred Bomporto Cod.
4. Peel, cut in cubes, wash and fry the potatoes in hot oil.
5. Peel and chop garlic and onion. Heat the olive oil, chopped garlic and onion in a pan over a moderate heat, until golden.
6. Add the shredded Bomporto Cod and let it stew for about 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Add the fried potatoes, the cream, salt and pepper.
8. Place it in the 180º preheated oven for 20 minutes.
9. Enjoy it!
